These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your stay at our cottages. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
General Information
Robyn’s Nest offers self-catering accommodation for leisure and business travelers. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us. Guests must be 18 years or older to make a booking
Booking and Payment
A valid credit card or alternative payment method is required to secure your booking. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The balance is due before checkout Cancellation and refund policies are outlined below (see Section 5).
Bookings can either be made privately through this website or phone call or through external websites
Check-in and Check-out
Check-out time: 08:00 – 10:00
Early check-in or late check-out requests must be arranged in advance and may be subject to additional charges.
House Rules
Robyn’s Nest is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted inside the cottages. No pets are allowed Please respect the tranquility of the property and other guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date may result in the loss of the deposit. No-shows or cancellations on the arrival date will not be refunded.
Liability
Robyn’s Nest is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay. Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their belongings. Any issues or concerns should be reported immediately to management for resolution.

Privacy
